DESCRIPTION: 15 participants, adults ages 19 and over, will be taught how to ride a bicycle by League Certified Instructors. Participants will learn the basics of balancing, starting, stopping, and steering using the "balance first" method. Pedals will be removed until instructors are confident that the participant is ready for them to be put back on the bike.
In the case that a participant does not have their pedals put back on their bike within the time frame of the class, they may participate in as many classes as they need without additional charge, until instructors are confident that the participant is ready for their pedals and can ride their bike with their pedals on.
WHAT TO BRING:
